Commission Information
Hannah accepts commission projects on a rolling basis throughout the year and loves collaborating with collectors to create meaningful, custom pieces.
Commissioned paintings are priced per square inch, with a minimum size of 30 × 30 inches.
Custom collages are typically done on wood panel and are available in a range of sizes beginning as small as 12 × 12 inches.
Commission Process
To begin, please complete the inquiry form below or email hannah@hannahcunninghamart.com.
When reaching out, it’s helpful to include any of the following (although not required):
- Desired size and orientation
- Ideas, inspiration, or reference images
- Past works you feel drawn to
- Preferred colors
- Images of your space
Once the direction, size, medium, palette, and timeline have been discussed, a 50% deposit secures your place on the schedule. Projects are started in the order that deposits are received.
Upon completion, the remaining 50% balance is due. Once final payment has been received, the piece will be prepared for pickup or delivery.

Timing varies depending on size and my current schedule. Throughout the initial project conversations, I will provide my estimated timeline for the piece so you know exactly what to expect.
A 50% deposit secures your place on the schedule, with the remaining 50% due upon completion prior to pickup or delivery. Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve time and begin the creative process. Shipping and applicable taxes are calculated separately.
That’s completely okay and normal! You don’t need all the answers to begin. I love brainstorming and helping collectors refine direction, size, and palette until it feels just right.

For collages, collectors often share images, ideas, or small details that represent things and/or people they love and I work those elements into the piece.
Commissions are created unframed unless otherwise arranged. I am always happy to offer guidance on framing to ensure the finished piece feels cohesive and perfectly suited to your space.

Custom collages make especially meaningful gifts and can be created around someone’s favorite things. They’re available in a variety of approachable sizes and price points. Gift certificates are also available, allowing the recipient to collaborate on the details themselves.
