Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. All intellectual property rights remain exclusively with the artist unless expressly granted in writing.

Every effort is made to display artwork as accurately as possible. However, colors, textures, and details may vary slightly depending on device settings and screen calibration.
Product availability, pricing, and descriptions may change without notice.
4. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders may be accepted or declined at our discretion.
All prices are listed in USD. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and state requirements.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions.
We also reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and may provide order documentation to payment processors in the event of a billing dispute.
Custom and commissioned work is subject to separate terms outlined in our Return Policy and any agreements made prior to purchase.
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Shipping terms are outlined in the Shipping Policy.
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to the customer.
We are not responsible for shipping delays or events beyond our control.
